3 Years – Hayward Equipment (Non-transferrable)
- As a “Totally Hayward” builder, Larsen’s Pool & Spa is able to offer a 3-year manufacturer warranty. www.hayward.com/3year on all equipment except for pool cleaners.
2 Year – Travertine/Pavers (Non-transferrable)

1 Year – Screen Enclosure (Non-transferrable)
- 1 Year Warranty – Does not include rips, tears, or storm damage.

General Conditions
● Warranties are non-transferable except lifetime shell one (1) time
● Owner negligence is not covered
● Warranty is voided if any outstanding balances are due
● All electronics, pumps & sub panels not covered for power surge damage
● 1 Year leak warranty
● Warranties start at Interior Finish date
